Gaoxun Group's Soft Flow Dyeing Machine Successfully Enters the International Market

       In 2020, Gaoxun Group invested funds and research and development efforts in ultra-light and thin fabrics such as new synthetic fibers, high-density fine denim, ultrafine fibers, polyester and ammonia, polyamide and memory fabrics, successfully invented the "soft flow dyeing machine" and launched it on the market. At present, the bath ratio of similar models in the market is above 1:10, and the single cylinder dyeing load is low. During the dyeing process, the fabric surface is prone to burns, creases, chicken feet marks, and other characteristics. We have launched two types of flexible flow dyeing machines, HRK and HSK. Not only has it solved the problem of easy burns, creases, chicken feet marks and other issues on the fabric surface for customers, but the dyeing bath ratio is as low as 1:4, and the maximum load capacity of a single tube is 350KG. The dyeing cost is greatly reduced, which is both environmentally friendly and economical. And on July 3, 2020, it successfully went abroad and exported to Taiwan Yuyuan Group. This model has been tested and ordered in bulk by large domestic customers such as New China Textile Group, Meixinda Group, Guangdong Zhaolian, Guangdong Heshan Zhengxing, and Wujiang Deyi.
