2Pressure dehydration system: Patented design pressure dehydration system, which can effectively reduce the time and energy consumption of the dry yarn process.

3Heat exchanger: an external horizontal heat exchanger equipped with an efficient IP controlled heating system (including steam traps and inlet valves).

4Cooler: An external cooler equipped with an efficient IP controlled cooling system.

5Steam water separator: A horizontal steam water separator configured for the circulation system, which adopts an efficient gas-liquid separation structure, allowing the liquid in the system to be separated from the gas more quickly and efficiently.

6Online monitoring and drying system: Equipped with sensitive inlet and outlet temperature gauges, it can monitor the yarn drying situation in the dryer online.

7Automatic drainage function: Equipped with a water level sensor to measure the water level. When the accumulated water inside the yarn reaches a certain amount, it is automatically discharged by a pneumatic valve.

8The automatic reversing function is equipped with a jacket commutator to ensure uniform drying of the inner and outer layers of the yarn.
