The AIRFORCE EXTREME GFAF high-temperature atomization dyeing machine adopts the principle of aerodynamics, injecting the mixed gas generated by the blower into the nozzle and meeting the dye solution conveyed by the main pump of the dyeing machine in the nozzle, causing the dye solution to atomize and spray towards the fabric, driving the fabric to run

Mechanical characteristics

According to the characteristics of the dyed fabric, the following three modes of dyeing can be provided:

◆ 1 Airflow atomization dyeing mode; 2. Gas-liquid split flow staining mode; 3. Overflow dyeing mode

◆ Effectively replacing mainstream equipment such as airflow atomized fabric dyeing machines and overflow O-shaped dyeing machines in the current dyeing and finishing industry, as well as some downward type L-shaped large bath ratio dyeing equipment that must use traditional large bath ratio dyeing equipment to ensure physical indicators and dyeing quality, such as silk and other fabrics;

Multiple patented designs for ultra-low tension fabric operation systems, including airflow and dye nozzle systems, as well as fabric lifting systems built into the dyeing cylinder.

◆ Ultra wide load range storage system

Multiple patented designs for ultra wide load capacity storage systems, including a circular main cylinder body equipped with D R. The S-shaped mirror polished super large capacity cloth storage tank meets the load capacity. The bottom of the cloth tank is equipped with a Teflon tube at the front end and a Teflon plate at the back end. The fabric moves smoothly and orderly from top to bottom, reducing folding creases and lifting tension.

An independently controlled omnidirectional swing system that can adjust the swing amplitude and angle at will.

GFALA-300 achieves a globally leading single tube load range of 150-330KG. The rated load is calculated based on 100% chemical fiber knitted fabric, with a fabric weight of ≥ 250 g/㎡ (fabric width of 1.8m) as the capacity;
