Impact pulse flow dyeing can be carried out at ultra-low bath ratios. The dye solution does not soak the yarn, reducing penetration resistance, accelerating the exchange speed of the dye solution, significantly increasing the exchange frequency between the dye solution and the yarn, and achieving better uniformity.

The yarn frame device with flow and pressure regulation ensures uniform and efficient distribution of dye solution, effectively reducing color difference.
